MIKE Zero Hotfix 14-10-2008

The hot-fix resolves an issue in the Mesh Generator that could occur if an old .mdf file, containing quadrangular elements and generated before Release 2008 SP3, was opened and modified using the SP3 version (after interpolation of the mesh the MIKE Zero Shell could crash).
